The Sufferjets played Montreal’s Sexpos this past saturday. We lost, just barely. There were a lot of great things that happened but the one I feel like I personally had an investment in, and i’m gonna quote Chasing Amy of the Montreal team on this, ” the BEST out of town party I’ve ever attended” and apparently Montreal is famous for their great after parties. I didn’t do the decorating, I didn’t do any of the arrangements, but I made sure those sexpos had a good fucking time, meeting them step for step on the dance floor, introducing them to the whiskey slap and generally stepping up the crazayness. In the end we called it a draw and agreed upon a rematch.
